Amman sits high on its hills, with dry warm summers, cold winters and occasional snow. The city is clad in pale local stone by rule, so interiors carry the warmth: wool, chenille, thick curtains that keep heat in during the winter months and shade the strong summer sun. Fabrics here work in both directions, insulating in January and staying cool in July.
Studios work on apartments and villas in Abdoun, Dabouq and Jabal Amman, on the offices and hotels of the Abdali district, on embassies and international organisations, on restaurants and cafes that fill the city's terraces. Residential projects ask for texture and depth of colour; hospitality asks for contract grade Martindale figures and fire retardant fabrics.
Fabric Library, Al Guthmi, Pierre Frey and Ultrafabrics are the four mills at launch. Cuttings from Dubai and from Europe reach Amman by courier; customs can add a few days, so studios request memo samples early. Colour is confirmed on a physical sample under the room's own light before any order.
WEAVRA searches these collections by measured colour, material, wear and use, keeps the fabrics that hold in one selection, and prints an A4 presentation under the WEAVRA name. Specifications come from the mill; the order and the price stay between the studio and the mill.
